About the experience
I can organize for you a private Ligurian cooking class in the comfort of the wonderful place you have rent in Liguria or come as a private chef and prepare a home dinner for your family and friends.
Spend half a day with me, discovering the basics of Italian cooking and the enchanting stories around Ligurian food. Feel the texture and inhale the aroma of the freshest local produce while creating wonderful Italian dishes. It’s all about having fun, bonding with loved ones, and savoring authentic flavors.
If you’d prefer not to handle the cooking yourself, I can come to your home and prepare a traditional Italian meal from scratch, just like a private chef—or better yet, like your Italian granny would.
I’ll also provide you with an array of exclusive local products and treats, carefully scouted for you.You will feel like you’re part of a large Ligurian family, as if you’re staying care your nonna (even though I’m not that old, ah ah!).
The best part? You won’t need to worry about a thing. I will take care of everything, so you can focus on creating memories and indulging in the finest Italian cooking.

How does it work, how much does it cost and what’s included in the price?
Price starts from € 1.100 (VAT exempt) for cooking classes and from € 800 (VAT exempt) for personal chef, according to the number of people and special requests if any. The price does not include ingredients and wine. I will take care of the shopping of first quality local ingredients and you will reimburse me them upon presentation of the receipts. I will send you an estimate of total cost for the ingredients before booking.
Upon request, I can bring also first quality Ligurian wines matching with the menu and guide you through a wine tasting (I’m a certified wine taster).
A photographer can be hired for the day to capture the most significant moments of the class.
