Genova can be considered the cuddle of street food in Italy and the city is scattered here and there with eateries and fry serving steaming fritters, savory and sweet, all hours of the day.

What you will learn
With this course you will learn how to cook and fry some of the cornerstones of Genoese street food: cuculli (fritters made with chickpea flour), cod fritters and bugie, our traditional sweet fry dough very common during Carnival days.
Simple dishes perfect for an aperitif, entree or finger food for a party with friends.
And between a fry and the other we also have a chat about Ligurian cuisine and its history!
How does it work
The class takes about 90 minutes.
All classes take place on line in streaming via Zoom. Space is limited to 10 participants so that everyone can get the individual attention needed.
You will receive the recipes as well as a list of ingredients and equipment needed a week before class.The day before class, you will receive an email with a link to join the class on Zoom.
