What about wire me in your kitchen? We can cook together exactly as if I were close to you in the comfort of your kitchen or you were here in my kitchen in Genoa!
During my Liguria on-line cooking classes I will coach you step – by – step through the secrets of Italian Riviera cooking, I will show you via webcam how handle the ingredients, how to cut them and combine them. I will be there to answer all your questions, give you cooking tips and solve your doubts. And wilts the food cook I will tell you stories about the Italian Riviera food culture and those behind the traditional dishes we are preparing. You can also ask me questions about traveling to Genoa and the Italian Riviera and any other curiosity about our Country. It will be like taking part to a real cooking class in my kitchen in Genoa.
My Liguria on-line cooking class is very easy to follow. All you need is a laptop or tablet with sound, a built-in camera and high speed internet!
Then you can choose among two options. Cooking webinars or private cooking classes.
They work as follows: You send me an e-mail at enrica@asmallkitcheningenoa.com. I will give you different menu options according to seasonality and duration (from 90 minutes to 3 hours). Once you chose your menu (I’m quite flexible, we can include also dishes you long to learn if they can fit in our timing) I send you the full list of ingredients and tools you will need.
We fix the cooking class timing according to your time-zone and availability.
The cooking class will take place via Zoom. I will send you via e-mail the link for taking part to it. More than 1 device can be connected during the class, quotation of the class will change accordingly.
Payment will be made in advance via Paypal.
The day of the cooking class we will meet on Zoom, cook together, have a lot of fun and at the end of our class you will have an awesome Italian Riviera meal to share with your family and friends!
